What I'm best at. Plus what comes after.

Training is what I'm asked for most — and what I'm proudest of. The rest is for teams that want to go further once they've learned the tools.

What I do

Five concrete ways I help.

Training is what I'm asked for most. The rest follows naturally if you want to take it further.

AI training for the whole team

From «never opened Claude» to «using it every day». Tailored to your actual work.

The hard part isn't the tools — it's getting people to actually use them. I run a tailored programme from first install, through prompt principles, to daily workflows on your own data. We practise on real tasks from your day, not abstract demos. After a couple of weeks, the team uses AI without thinking about it.

  • Hands-on workshop: everyone gets Claude Code and Claude Cowork installed and running
  • Exercises built on your own documents, emails and processes — not generic demos
  • Mindset and methodology: how to think when working with AI, not just which buttons to press
  • Drop-in sessions for 4–6 weeks afterwards so the habit actually sticks
02

Strategy & roadmap

Where in the business does AI create the most value in the next 6 months? Get a concrete answer.

A half- or full-day process where we walk through how you work today and find the three places AI moves the needle most. Output: a two-page document you can act on — not a 60-page report.

  • AI audit of processes and decisions
  • Prioritised roadmap with ROI estimates
  • Leadership workshop that takes the management team from uncertain to confident
03

Hands-on automation

Save 10–25 hours per week on processes that don't need to be manual.

We find the three processes that eat the most time and automate those first. 1–3 weeks per flow. Example: at Murano Classics I've automated accounting, customer service and order handling — same can be done at your place.

  • Automated workflows with n8n, Make, Zapier or custom code
  • Claude/GPT API integrations into Gmail, Slack, accounting, CRM
  • You own the code and setup — no vendor lock-in
04

Custom AI builds

RAG, agents and internal assistants — on your own data, EU-hosted.

When off-the-shelf isn't enough, I build something that fits. Close dialogue throughout — you see weekly progress, not 6-month surprises.

  • Internal AI assistant that knows your documents and data
  • Agent that handles orders, requests or case work
  • GDPR-safe architecture with full code handover to you
05

Web & iOS apps

Internal tool or customer app, built by someone who actually ships products.

I actually ship software. Examples: tryvoicedrop.com and VoiceDrop AI (transcription app, App Store soon), the automation behind Murano Classics, and internal dashboards for clients who don't fancy learning Excel for the tenth time.

  • Next.js websites and Supabase-backed internal tools
  • iOS apps in Swift / SwiftUI when mobile is where the work happens
  • Ongoing maintenance and iteration — no agency handover
