We've never used AI properly — is it too early for us?

Quite the opposite. It's often easier to start with a team that hasn't built bad habits first. A 1–2 day training programme + drop-in sessions in the weeks after is usually enough to get people using Claude or GPT as a routine part of the job. I always start by looking at how you work today and build the exercises around that.

Why focus on Claude and not ChatGPT?

Both are great, and I teach both — especially Codex/GPT-5.5 for coding and quick writing tasks. But Claude (especially Claude Code and Claude Cowork) is often faster and more reliable for chained workflows, and the privacy story is cleaner. Which one you land on depends on the case — we test together.

How much does it cost?

The strategy call is free (30–45 min). Training programmes and workshops typically start from 25,000–75,000 NOK for a team. Custom builds are 100,000–400,000 NOK depending on complexity. I'm competitively priced compared to both agencies and large consultancies.

How long does implementation take?

Training programme: 1–3 days plus follow-up. Simple automations: 1–2 weeks. Custom-build pilot: 2–4 weeks. Larger systems: 2–3 months. We always break things into smaller deliveries so you see value along the way.

Where does our data go?

EU-hosted, GDPR-friendly providers by default (Vercel EU, Supabase EU, Anthropic, OpenAI with EU data protection). We always go through DPAs and what data is actually sent where before we start.

Most common situation. Email me or book the call — we walk through your day-to-day, find 2–3 areas where AI is obviously useful, and you get a concrete recommendation afterwards. Free of charge.
